Recipe Submission Consent Release Agreement

By ticking the box above and submitting your recipe (“Submission”), you (“Contributor”) agree to the following terms with Enterprising Maa Private Limited (trading as Mama Nourish) (“Company”):

  • Voluntary Submission

    • You confirm that you are voluntarily sharing your recipe of your own free will, without any force, coercion, or external influence.

    • You confirm that you have carefully considered your decision before sharing your recipe with the Company.

  • Purpose of Collection

    • You understand that the Company’s mission is to preserve and share India’s culinary heritage by collecting traditional recipes and making them suitable for mass production.

    • You agree that your recipe may be adapted, tested, modified, or commercialized by the Company for this purpose.

  • Recognition & Acknowledgement

    • The Company may, at its discretion, feature you as the contributor of the recipe (positive recognition), including but not limited to your name, likeness, photograph, story, or testimonial, on product packaging, the Company’s website, social media, marketing campaigns, and other physical or digital media.

  • Grant of Rights

    • You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute the recipe, your name, and your likeness in connection with the Company’s products, marketing, and communications.

    • You understand and agree that neither you nor your family will be entitled to revoke this permission at a later date, as the Company may invest resources in disseminating and commercializing the material.

  • Compensation, Fees, and Recognition

    • You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and without monetary compensation. Recognition shall be offered through the use of your name and photograph on Mama Nourish packs, website, and marketing materials, as described above.

    • The Company does not charge any participation fee for recipe submissions. If any individual or entity claims to collect money on behalf of the Company for such participation, you agree to immediately inform the Company and not engage in any such commercial transaction.

  Acknowledgement of Mission

  • By sharing your recipe, you affirm your support for the Company’s purpose of preserving and celebrating the recipes of India, and you consent to the Company using your contribution towards this mission.
